The West Alabama Youth Football Association was formed in 2001 with six teams.
The league was formed to promote youth football in each team's area.
The league now has twelve teams which sponsor kids age 6 through 12. Each team also has its own cheerleaders.
We encourage anyone wanting their child to play football or to be a cheerleader to contact the president of the team in your area.
